Our story

Mae Bell Pound Cakes is a family-owned and operated small business by brother and sister duo, Thomas Paden and Janel West.

We come from a long line of Southern-born bakers, two of whom we named our business after; our great grandmother Nellie Mae, and our grandmother Virgia Bell (Mae Bell).

We had the privilege of growing up watching our grandmothers make spectacular baked goods. Their cozy kitchens were always filled with sweet aromas, a rich sense of heritage, and an unlimited supply of laughter and love...with extra love sprinkled on top!

It's our honor and pleasure to carry on in our grandmothers' footsteps. So come taste the experience, the history, and the love in our delectable cakes!
